The name Ryadia™ is constructed from the first letters of my family members who supported me in my early days of business. I first used it on the Internet in 1993 as a user name. I later registered the domain of this name when I began using "Ryadia" as my business and screen name.

When I became ill a year or after first registering the Domain name: Ryadia.com, the domain lapsed during my recovery from a life threatening illness. When I recovered and went to renew the domain, 
a cyber squatter had taken it.

This "Cyber Squatter" began offering the Domain for sale claiming it had been researched and would make a wonderful product name. It does... MINE! I own the Trademark RYADIA™   It is illegal to use it without my consent.

The only way this name can be used as a product name (suggested by the cyber squatter) is if I give permission for it to be used. 

I also own first choice of the name by virtue "Common Law rights". I am able to establish I am the initial inventor of the name and the continual user of it in several countries for business since inventing it in 1971. I, my products and books are known world wide as "Ryadia"...

My Australian company trading in the USA, Oceania region including Australia and New Zealand owns the "Ryadia" trademark name and most available web sites of that name except the one taken by the cyber squatter. 

Anyone contemplating buying the squatters offering need to be aware the range of activities you can legally use the name for is quite narrow and unlikely to be accepted in Australia or the EEC or several countries such as the USA with whom Australia has a Trade agreement covering such things as copyright and trademarks.
